This project involved the interior and exterior renovation of an existing retail market property located in Troutdale, OR. Given the complexity of the scope and very short timeline, it was organized into two separate projects done concurrently. Project one consisted of the exterior remodel of Building 100 (37,150 S.F.). The remodel included new exterior materials and entry elements to give the building a stronger sense of identity. A full seismic upgrade was required to accommodate the Educational use. Project two consisted of the interior remodel of a portion of Building 100 (21,685 S.F.) for a new Middle School Charter School.
