This project will be a new 3-story residential care facility in Downtown Gresham. There will be multiple indoor resident activity rooms and gathering areas with large windows to provide sunlight and views. A secure, landscaped outdoor area adjacent to the dining room will provide the residents an opportunity to enjoy gathering outside of the building. The building will have facades with various masses and roof planes to provide visual interest and to reinforce a human scale. A prominent tower element on the corner will help establish the building’s presence and provide gathering spaces on all three floors for the residents. The exterior materials will maintain a residential feel through the use of horizontal siding, brick, shingle roofing, wood brackets and trim. The facility will provide the residents a comfortable and secure environment.
