AXIS was one of the design firms selected to perform architectural services for the Gresham-Barlow School District Bond measure that passed in the fall of 2016. The Kelly Creek project consists of Architectural services associated with general building construction projects, including renovation and repair work on of portions of the existing elementary school.

Exterior improvements will include: replacing the existing exterior E.I.F.S. system on the building with a new metal panel siding system, a new roof, address systemic drainage issues in the field to the north of the existing playground and a new asphalt path around upper play field to the east of the existing playground. Interior improvements will include: new security at entry vestibule, secure secondary classroom access door at moveable classroom partition walls, upgrade all latch hardware at classrooms doors to more secure hardware, a new fire alarm system upgrade, a new PA system and clock upgrades, connect the existing e-power generator to the buildings communication systems and new flooring to match current district standards.
