AXIS designed a new two-story sales showroom for a Kia automobile dealership, which includes a showroom, customer lounge, new vehicle delivery, offices and support spaces. Adjacent to this building is a separate existing 28,655 S.F. building that was renovated for a new service center for both the Buick GMC and Kia automobile dealerships on site. Each brand has its own customer entrance, waiting area, parts department and support spaces. Brand coordination for the Kia showroom included exterior and interior finishes, casework, furniture and space planning as well as assistance in the selection of graphics and brand related fixtures.
