The POWER Buick GMC project of Salem consisted of a new sales showroom as well as a renovation of an existing 28,655 S.F. building for a service center for both the Buick GMC and Kia automobile dealerships on site. Each brand has its own customer entrance, waiting area, parts department and support spaces. The one-story Buick GMC sales showroom included a new showroom, offices, customer lounge, new vehicle delivery and support spaces. Site development included new parking, drainage and landscaping.
