New three story hotel for Oregon-based developer with the Marriott-Fairfield Inn & Suites franchise. The building included 78 guestrooms, as well as a pool, exercise room and continental breakfast area. Scope of work included Land Use/Master Plan, corporate design approval and coordination of design build mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors through the design, construction and close out phases.
