Located in the Lloyd District of Portland, Oregon, Broadway Toyota is just steps away from the MODA Center and the Rose Quarter. Due to this unique location, AXIS was able to create this distinctly northwest design by working closely with the city and the manufacturer to meet both their design and land use requirements. Our involvement allowed the owner to take full advantage of available grants from the city for the renovation and ensure manufacturer design standards. The design incorporates a full sales and service dealership with an adjacent building that has a Scion dealership, 40 car indoor showroom and the Only Way Café, a café located within the building.
